Two engagements, start to finish.

A Western Canadian municipality

It started with a full-site digital audit: an executive report leadership could read in one sitting, and a prioritized remediation roadmap that addressed the worst problems first.

From there it grew. A bilingual, privacy-compliant AI assistant for residents, grounded in the municipality's own content with a path to a staff member on every answer. Then a run of policy and strategy engagements, each benchmarked against dozens of peer cities.
