We set the scope together
We talk through what you need, then put the scope and the cost in writing so you can take it to your council or board. If the scope moves later, we talk before anything changes.
Delivered in weeks
We use AI to move the volume, so the research and the build that take a traditional firm quarters take us weeks. Everything that reaches you or your residents carries our judgment and our sign-off. The speed comes from the method.
You own everything
The deliverables, the tools, the data, the source. You keep all of it when the engagement ends, and nothing locks you to us once the work is done.

A good share of this work is scoped to fit an existing provincial or federal grant envelope. When a program covers what you need, we tell you, and we help you apply, so the engagement comes out of grant money.
